Great Family Getaway!

Our family had an amazing time during our stay! The outdoor firepit was perfect for making s'mores and relaxing in the evenings, and the pool was a great way to cool off. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the friendly staff who made sure we were well taken care of. However, I wish there were more breakfast options available to start our day off right.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, yet the smell of cigarette smoke hit us the moment we walked in. We requested a room change, but the front desk informed us they were fully booked. Unfortunately, the ionizer they offered did nothing to remove the odor, leaving it to cling to our clothes.

The room was spacious and clean with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. The outdoor swimming pool was heated and had sun loungers available. We enjoyed relaxing by the firepit and making s'mores after a day of activities. WiFi was fast, around 200 mbps, and the parking area was adequate for all guests.

Enjoyed the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere, but the internet was frustratingly slow, which really impacted my stay. The location was great and the beds comfortable, but the breakfast options were lacking and not up to par with the price.

We had a great time with our friends, enjoying the pool and outdoor firepit. It was perfect for relaxing after a day at the Top of the World Golf Resort and taking the steamboat on the lake. The place was clean and kind staff made it feel welcoming. Note that there’s a $400 deposit for events like AMERICADE.

The breakfast could be better. we wanted more options than just some granola bars and coffee. We missed out on a proper meal since it wasn't ready before we had to leave.

The room I stayed in was clean the bed felt comfortable. I enjoyed the pool view which added to the relaxing vibe of the hotel. Having access to the outdoor firepit was a nice touch it created a great atmosphere for evening conversations.

The breakfast options were very limited and did not meet my expectations.

We enjoyed the friendly staff and clean facilities but were disappointed with the breakfast options. The grab-and-go was insufficient for a family. The pool was an excellent way to unwind after outdoor activities. Overall, a good experience with tips for better breakfast variety.

Just a reliable pick for a quick layover in Lake George with extraordinarily good value for money. The firepit for s'mores was a fun bonus after a long day. Make sure to enjoy the pool area while you're there.

the carpets in the room needed a good cleaning, as our feet were black after walking around. the heated pool was refreshing and the outdoor firepit was fun for family s'mores. staff were super friendly and welcoming.
